Negative ions are produced naturally outdoors. You find them in abundance after thunderstorms, up in the mountains, by rushing rivers and streams, beside waterfalls and by the sea.
Negative ions in the air are uplifting.
Have you noticed, how good you feel just standing beside a waterfall, relaxing on a beach or simply enjoying the view from the top of a mountain?
That's thanks to 'happy' negative ions!
